Edward P. Bliss - Vice President
Ned Bliss is Vice President of Eaton Vance Investment Counsel and is responsible for investment management and client service of private accounts, foundations, and endowments. Ned comes to Stayhealthy with more than 38 years of experience in the investment management business.

John Collins - CEO
Born in New Zealand and raised in England, Mr. Collins was exposed to the diverse cultures, politics and economics of Europe and other parts of the globe. Although his background was in accounting and finance systems, his entrepreneurial spirit led him into the entertainment industry.
In the early 70's he started Golden Image Musical Products and formed Superstition Records and Golden Image Management and was involved with many of the leading music businesses and artists of the 1970's and 80's. Mr. Collins directly managed such artist as The Screen Idols, signed to EMI Parlophone in England and The Actors. He also managed Record Producer Dennis MacKay and oversaw the productions of artists such as Judas Priest, Tygers of Pang Jang, Stanley Clarke, Al DiMeola, Shooting Star, Bachman Turner Overdrive, etc. True to his entrepreneurial ways Mr. Collins was responsible for producing one of the first music videos in 1979 with Dave Eager a well-known U.K. DJ.

Brian Baum - President
Brian Baum was the founding President and Chief Operating Officer of U.S. Preventive Medicine, (USPM). USPM is the global leader in developing a model of consumer focused proactive/preventive health care services.
Prior to USPM, Baum was the co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of the Health Record Network, (HRN). HRN was initially founded as a collaborative effort between the Duke University Medical Center and the Duke Fuqua School of Business. Most recently, HRN has been established as an independent not for profit organization.

Dr. Hugo Pomrehn, Ph.D. - Chairman Emeritus
Dr. Hugo Pomrehn's professional career covers a broad spectrum of energy and environmental technologies, management processes and cultures, and scope of activity ranging from research and development investigations at universities to mega projects in all phases of their life cycle including conceptual design, engineering and construction, operations and maintenance, and decommissioning. The breadth of Pomrehn's career is substantial.
Pomrehn's career began in the headquarters of Admiral Rickover's nuclear Navy program where he served four years in the Naval Reactors Group. Also Project Scientist with Holmes and Narver he performed detailed analysis of nuclear power plant operating experience and safety system performance.
